BUNN COFFEE TABLE

Bunn Coffee Table is a distinctive table that uses the humble cup of coffee to interrogate the lifecycle of everyday experiences and their byproducts. Here, I've repurposed and transformed used coffee grounds from a daily mundanity and waste material, into the centre piece of our living spaces. The dramatic use of the white oak trim frames the tabletop, made of spent coffee grounds. The surface is a dark stipple, yet also a smooth, rich focal point. Its intentional single pedestal base is minimalistic yet sophisticated in design. The Bunn coffee table evokes strength and coherence from every angle. It gives out natural, harmonious feel that can be easily styled in a range of aesthetics. The Bunn coffee table is inspired by the promise of the sustainability ethos as part and parcel of our future aesthetic.
