We don’t operate a public showroom, but customers can pick up furniture orders directly from our workshop in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood. This allows you to see your handcrafted piece before taking it home.

How do I order custom handcrafted furniture?

Custom furniture orders are our specialty! For each dimension you’d like to customize beyond our standard sizes, an additional $100 customization fee applies. For example, if you prefer a table height of 20″ instead of our standard height, this would incur one customization fee.

How long does custom furniture take to make?

Made-to-order furniture typically requires 4-6 weeks for completion. Since we don’t maintain inventory, every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, allowing complete customization of any design in our collection. This ensures your furniture is built to your exact preferences.

Can I order wood and finish samples?

Yes! Wood finish samples are available in sets of six or twelve pieces. Each sample set includes various wood species and coffee finishes to help you choose the perfect combination for your space. Note that samples show grain patterns and colors but not actual wood thickness.

Can I cancel my custom furniture order?

Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing your order through shopacremade.com. After this window, orders become final as we begin the handcrafting process.

How do I modify my furniture order after placing it?

Order modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at help@shopacremade.com with your order number and specific changes needed.

What is the return policy for luxury furniture?

Our 30-day return policy ensures customer satisfaction. Email krisette@krisette.com to initiate returns. You’ll arrange return shipping, and after inspection at our studio, receive full store credit for items in original packaging and like-new condition (no scratches, stains, damage, or modifications).

Note: natural wood variations like small knots, grain patterns, or color differences are characteristics of reclaimed materials, not defects.

Where does Krisette & Company ship furniture?

We provide nationwide furniture shipping across Canada, bringing handcrafted sustainable furniture to customers from coast to coast.

How much does luxury furniture shipping cost?

Free shipping is included on orders $800 and above. Smaller items like Bunn bowls and coasters have shipping costs between $25-$35 depending on size and quantity.

Do you ship furniture to PO boxes?

Due to furniture size and weight, PO box delivery is not available. Residential and business addresses only.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Local pickup is available from our Toronto Annex location during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM). Our team assists with loading furniture into your vehicle once your order is ready.
